Shutters Community in Valencia CA (Santa Clarita Valley)







Thank you for visiting my blog about the Shutters community in Valencia, CA.

Valencia is a
planned community located in Los Angeles County, California in the northwestern corner of the Santa Clarita Valley, adjacent to Interstate 5. Valencia's residential areas are separated into villages. Almost all of Valencia's villages are close to schools, shopping, etc. In many of the villages, homeowner's associations oversee the quality and upkeep of housing developments ranging in size from a few dozen homes to over a thousand.

The Shutters community is in the Northpark Village, in the heart of Valencia. It consists of 82 two-story, Spanish-style detached single-family homes in Valencia, CA (within the Santa Clarita Valley.)

There are several 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom models of homes within the community, ranging from 1245 to 1672 square feet of living space.

Each home has a front and backyards and attached garages. The community also has a pool, spa, tennis courts and access to nature walking trails and local parks.

The streets the Shutters community reside on are: Castillo Lane, Anacapa Lane, Valerio Court, Montecito Place, and Cabrillo Lane. The zip code is 91354.

Shutters are highly versatile. They can block light very effectively or let in plenty of sunshine just by raising or lowering the louvers, which range in size from 2 ½” to 4 ½”. If you are covering a large picture window, I recommend the larger louver size as they allow greater see-through. .
